I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

Thanks. It really is good. Im actually trying to get this to market. I have a vision, completely different than whats currently out there.

Are you looking for taste testers because a wise old man told me today that I should never turn down food or money.

We used to work a charity chili cookoff years back...
We had at least 25 teams and everyone was different.
I can't tell you how many times I heard, "real chili has no beans"...
B.S. The wife just made some (no leftover pictures, sorry)..
True story my buddy was out of town and his "blond" wife made their chili..
This was a charity event and we ended up giving the chili away.
She used 50# of venison he had in the freezer. She thought it was regular ground meat.
And her chili sux and he was PI$$ED!
My chili has beans and booze and beer in it along with a 1/2 dozen different kinds of peppers. I've made it with ground venison, ground beef, ground turkey, and my favorite, what is sold as taco meat(chopped flank steak), at my local grocer. Takes the better part of the day to cook it down.
Officially, Down for the count

Maybe Hot Dog Chili topping has NO beans. I say that Chili Con Carne (the hearty stew) has beans - no less than 5 kinds. I do have 4 recipes:
Original
No Beans
No Turkey (No Meat)
Spicy

I never write down a recipe so every time it is different. I usually only make it when I get a buck or if someone gives me some elk or antelope, javelina is excellent too. I never used to put beans in but usually after the first day I'll add some in to stretch it out.
I grow my own peppers but depending on what is ready I will go to the store and buy some. I'll also sometimes put in tomatillos or tomatoes and like to use the dried ancho chili's after I rehydrate them and remove the seeds they go into the blender with a little water and EVO. A quick general spice I add it a bag of Menudo spice mix available here in most of the supermarkets but I usually get it from Walmart of Food City. I like a deep rich chili that isn't too hot and I'll also add some dark chocolate. The hardest part is finding fresh white corn tortillas. The local market that had the best closed down a few years ago. It really needs to cook all day and I like to start by putting the meat in my smoker for a few hours before I cut it up and rub it down with cumin, granulated garlic and chili powder before browning it in a hot skillet. Adrian that looks good and good luck on getting it to market.
If you can't fix it with JB Weld, Duct Tape, and Ty Wire it has to be replaced.
No good deed goes unpunished.
If you want to take off friday to go fishing then make sure you train your helper right.
