Does shaken vs stirred make a big difference?
I live in ice tea county so i am one of the few who drink it hot. Is ice tea the common drink in your area?

I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

Mint tea is delicious, great for an upset stomach or winding down at the end of the day. I make my wife a chai tea latte everyday, but too sweet and spicy for me. I just prefer simplicity.

Any particular brand?
I like stash peppermint.
My wife makes a killer chai from spices and black tea. It is so much more flavour than any of the commercial brands. Thanks for reminding me. I am going to have her make me some.

I was surprised as heck to find some growing wild next to a creek in NE Arizona one year while on a turkey hunt.
If you can't fix it with JB Weld, Duct Tape, and Ty Wire it has to be replaced.
No good deed goes unpunished.

Monster -
Try getting up and first thing take a caffeine tablet. And another at lunch if the Monsters are all pleading with you. Each one is about 200mg - about as much as a cup or decent coffee.
Get off the drink-habit / ritual behavior of it all and then you can taper back the caffeine.

I accidentally put sugar in my tea this morning because I was distracted reading on the forum and I don't know how I used to drink it this way every morning. Just milk is so much better.

Mate I am a tea enthusiast myself. On my last visit to India in 2019, I had brought with me seeds of the most exotic kind of tea.
I brought seeds of Asaam Tea, Darjeeling tea & Nilgiri tea, along with 'kawha' which is a natural detox. I was blown away to find out that there are hundreds of tea strains in India and I want to try all of em!!

I love drinking chai tea. This is Pakistani style tea which is made with milk. I usually drink 2 cups a day. I also like alot of mint teas and some other Chinese teas that have alot of different herbs in them. Some of them are very good tonic teas. Some are very good for digestion after a heavy meal.

We usually buy Vital brand or Tapal .
I am also a big coffee lover and I usually make Gevalia or Cafe Bustelo.
