    Doing more traditional marketing could definitely be a way to stand out if everyone around you is doing digital because of this.

    Many field services organizations went to work from home structure. Safety is first. Limited travel and other restrictions. It is necessary for a service company to change their working model (leading companies, in other industries, for instance, IT, have started it right from the pandemic start).
    The best way is investing in technology and tools:
    Cyber security new technologies;
    Video technology for service delivery;
    Remote assistance.
    Also it is necessary to be agile with monitoring fast changing situation with the pandemic.
