    I like Rheem if you so far never had issues.
    Can't wait to install one of their High Efficiency systems.

    So Florida requires the unit screwed down to with stand a stiff breeze . Neat , is that a metal duct. Also i notice a trap outside is that the only one . JIM

    Rip off that dang yellow label on the pad, for a more aesthetic look...it’s driving me nuts nice clean install.

    Only needs to be registered by someone..

    Those required hold down straps kind of defeat the purpose of those new easy off panels. Is there adequate clearance on the sides facing the house?

    That looks like a nice clean job, the line set cover is a nice touch too.

    Disconnect wouldn't fly where it's located here. Has to be unobstructed, not behind the unit.

    I would have turned the unit 90dergrees counterclockwise so us fat people can get inside it for services. nice other than that and the low voltage line.

    Is the black base part of the unit ?
    If so why not just tie off to that ?

    Yes that's the code, its a linseed cover and yes the condensate line is only one

    Code require 8 tie down in case of diversitech concrete pad and have to be screwed on the metal body with 2 screw each one

    Yeah I noticed that but assumed the service came through the back and you ran pvc to the condenser. Silly me 😆

    I agree with gunslinger. There ain't a lot of room for access by us fat people. It is a nice looking installation but as I get older I appreciate access room more and more.

    Yeah i get it but, unfortunately, there is not too much space in front of the condenser to keep it away from the back wall

    its been like this for 4-5 years now
    maybe more
    when you remove the corner panel there is a lot of room
    capacitor and contractor are 12 inches apart LOL
