After. Gonna clean up the wiring in the control enclosure after the OA damper is replaced, as a little more wiring needs to be done to interlock the OA damper once its installed

Yes the T775 is for the 3 way valve.

The Heat timer controls the boiler reset via OA both start stop, and the modulation signal to the burner and also the main system pump.

The T775 controls the 3-way on its own reset schedule via OA temp and supply temp to the building.

The boiler reset is higher temp, 145 low end and 185 high end.

3 way does 130 low end to 180 high end. And is programmed for a minimum output of 20 percent to never totally loose flow through the boiler.

Id prefer a single control for both functions, but that requires me to take the time to custom program something more DDC based, which I reserve for more complex systems. And also, more people can work on these controls, while the custom stuff marries me to it forever.

Also, the heat timer comes with the burner from our vendor, so may as well use it.

Heatingman did you install the conduit yourself or did you have an electrician run the pipe?

If so nice job, I really like the appearance of EMT for anything more than short whips.

I ran the conduit myself. On a smaller project like this, thats generally how we do it.

A bigger job, not necessarily bigger equipment, we will pull in electricians.

Im a pipefitter, on the service side. I work for a mechanical contractor. By in-house I meant we did not sub anything out to the sheetmetal guys, or electricians.

Its in a decent sized apartment building.
