error connecting to platform

i cannot connect to my local host trying to on webs ax3.8. anyone else have these issues? tryed uninstalling and reinstalling. still getting same message

The only issues I have cknnecting to my platform is
1) the matching Daemon is not running. As in, the 4.3 daemon is running and I am running a 3.8 workbench, trying to log into a 3.8 platform.

2) I am using the wrong creds. The platform login creds are whatever windows is using when workbench is installed, but if you change the windows creds, the workbench platform does not change to match windows automatically. So I might be using new windows creds on a workbench platform that is still using old windows creds.
Other than that, I have never had an issue getting into my platform.

Hello, I have the same error, after fixing the error the workbench software does not work using this link: Niagara 4 Workbench doesn't start on my PC.

Then the same error as above appears. I hope you can give me more detailed instructions on how to fix it, thank you very much.
