    FWE . Air screens

    Hi Kitchen / Hotside guys . i am seeing a lot of FWE Airscreens , 1 location has 7 , . I reckon going to be a problem , frozen evaps , and difficult access . Any 1 here have experience with them. Jim

    I can’t speak for the FWE units but the Delfield ACR model air screen works tremendously well. I have a customer that leaves the door open during breakfast and lunch services and it’s never iced up or ran high temps that I’ve seen.

    From what I heard and read it's worth considering to get their products, but I dont' have any experience with them yet
