Have you tried running in test mode to see if the other compressor runs? Is the unit set up for 3 stage cooling? Did you check for coil voltage on the compressor contactor?

 

What is actually connected to unit as controler. Is it set up for dc control for EMS

 

Lddc, first time i went there DA was set at 65, lowered it to 50 and second stage (comp 2+3) ran for ten min , then back to first stage , did the test it runs fine , checked pin from board and contactor no 24v, CHEYENNE2020 , baysens zsm with remote sensor, seem to be in default mode cause my zone temp wont drop below 74, i was reading the manual and it said that if the cool indicator was blinking that it is in default, now wound the cool indicator be the snowflake, because that was blinking, --- i set the baysen zone temp to 62 and yesterday they said it was fine, stopping there today to see what temp the zone is
