    Line set sizing

I have came across a Thermal Zone unit on a service call. Unit is running low suction pressure. While investigating I found the evaporator was 80’ with 6 90’s in the line set. Unit is 5 ton and the line set is 3/8”and 1 1/8”
My thoughts are the liquid line is too small for the length and starving the evaporator. Also installer installed accumulator.
    Any thoughts on my hypothesis?

Get the manual and look it up!
80' and 6 ells, fine. How much lift, run, ambient?
Model #'s are needed as well.
