Hello Sir,
I'm a newly IT technician from this small company. They recently change server and the person that change the server did not include the alerton envision BACtalk (HVAC) to the new server. I can still access the envision for BACtalk 2.6 on the old PC server. My question sir is how can I transfer the envision for BACtalk 2.6 on the new server will I only copy and paste the program files or I need to install the envision for BACtalk to the new server and it automatically work properly. Please help thank you very much.

Simply copying and pasting the programs files folder will probably not work properly. You'd need to install envision from setup file and then backup the current rep/job folder from the old server and restore it to the new server. You will also need to plug the USB key to the new server.
