Air handler
Hi All, not sure if this is the right forum but my new air handler sounds like a helicopter rumble often times, new system but the one it replaced did the same thing, could this be a duct issue?

I wonder if there is sheet metal that is too thin? Maybe wasn't cross broke?
I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

The system is all flex duct , short piece of metal duct about 3

That square metal that the flex is attached to is called a plenum. It might be very thin sheet metal. Maybe put a couple of bricks on it to see if the noise changes. Another possibility might be a damper came loose, could be fluttering in the air flow.

Sounds like problems from day one, undersized ducts? How old is your ductwork? Who installed this new Air Handler system? Did they check the static pressure after somewhat setting the fan speed? May just need some duct modifications? Need to be careful if new Air Handler has a ECM motor, as they are not as forgiving as the old PSC motor, so they tell me...

Return air leakage (small holes or cracks) can sometimes make weird noises.

Will static pressure effect the fan speed? does not have a ECM .
No idea how old the duct work is , its a condo and all flex duct.
