    We bought some potato salad this weekend. Big mistake, that stuff is amazing. I'm guessing I will be up all week.

    How's everyone doing??? I'm up to 207.4 this morning. Kind of giving up at the moment.

    Didn't weigh in, this morning. During the week I started feeling bad. My wife said we had restricted my cards way to low, and made me play catch up. Said I had keto flu symptoms. I had cold chills and felt like I'd been run over by a truck.

    I have been floating around 213-215 range.

    Friday was good lost 5 pounds during the day as I was getting after it and it was hot.

    Put 4 back on Friday night eating and drinking out.

    I think I am just going to do my thing and see what happens. I've been pretty steady between 200-210 for a while and I feel strong. When I dropped down to 185 or so I felt weak (it wasn't muscle mass weight loss). I just felt like that extra 15-20 gives me some boost, especially in the summer time.

    Well I still weigh 175 and I laid around all day because I wasn't feeling very good and finished off some cream cheese and salami and then after dinner while watching inspector gadget I ate an entire package of graham crackers with peanut butter along with the two normal meals.
    I'm rooting for youall.
    I better go work out to gain some weight and make youall feel better.

    Step on the scale this am..first it said 201.something. Then it said 202 .3.. i hate that pos. Its new and digital. Maybe I need to change the batteries.

    I hit the scale this AM at 213.2 which is down from the 214.8 I topped at this week with that great tatter salad we bought. Only problem is the BF is still up at 26.2 (heavy sigh). The good news its a new week and I can work on the weight all week so I can blow it all on a holiday weekend. Yea!

    I think its a case of the extra weight just gives you more to push against. That's part of the reason I only want to get down to about 205ish. At 215 - 220 I can push equipment around a lot easier, but at 205 it is a lot easier to tie my shoes so anything requiring bending over is also easier. If you think about how much we have to bend in this job a bit more struggling with equipment is a good trade off for the other.

    I lost 50 lbs in a year thanks to COVID19. By moving to working from home, I broke all of my bad habits from my normal work routine. I am 5'6 and was at 235. Now I am between 180 and 185 and I feel soooo much better all of the time. Changed out three systems in two days in the same house with one other mechanic. No way I could have done that at 235. It is really a lifestyle change..you can do anything you set your mind to.

    203.2 this morning. I believe this to be my target weight, even though nutritionists would say I am overweight.

    Broke past 210 a week or so ago when it started getting hot.

    Been hanging around 206 area most morning. Last Friday was pretty hot and busted it all day. Came home and was 202.8.

    Even down 16 pounds I still have that nice flab on the stomach. Still no wash board abs. But since hitting busy season I have not worked out once so Im assuming all weight lost is muscle. Although, I have had to take the belt in 2 notches.
