Good morning 202.0. What I have been noticing is that I lose around 2 pounds while I am sleeping.

IMO... works for me... If I eat the evening meal as close to 5-6 PM (local time)... eat only protein and salad (small portions)...
And do NOT eat anything else until the morning... I generally loose some overnite...
Best to pick a time of ones 24 hour cycle and always weigh oneself at that time...
For me, it is when I first get up in the morning... before eating/drinking anything.
I lost ground yesterday... this morning was up 1 #...
OTOH... spent the day at my desk doing paperwork... it was raining all day.
Today will include some outside stuff... exercise... hope I can get back on track!!!

Yeah, Sunday seems to be regression day...
I lost (gained) ground also...
Need to get busy again... now that GA (state) is officially open again, maybe folks will quit with the paranoia and do their spring check...
Bought a pallet of 410 for a really cheap price back at the end of January... was wondering in early April if this was gonna be a 'long term investment'...

Does that mean you can finally squeeze into your skinny jeans?

Not even close. I have a pair of jeans that are 35/34, my normal size is 36/34. When I get down to 208 or below I can get into those jeans, until then, not point in trying.

Hold up. what...
Where do you get odd size jeans?
-
What do you mean odd size. 35 waist/34 length, 36 waist/34 length. Levis 517 or 527. I forget which now, bootcut.
-
Even numbers
Odd numbers
I didn't know you could get odd number waist sizes.
-
38s give me pants on the ground. 36 are a no go for now.
-
Looked at the Levi's website
Looks only a few 33s depending on style didn't see any 35s and sizing chart is only even numbers over 35

Is this thread helping you guys lose weight? Just wondering what works because my brother has had trouble controlling his weight all his life.
Years back I saw a lady that was morbidly obese coming out of an ice cream store with a diet coke and a triple decker cone. I instantly thought how ridiculous but quickly realized the reason I saw her was I was getting ice cream myself. I probably would have done the same thing if I had a weight problem.
Best of luck to all of you.

Can't tell you, these pants are several years old so maybe that's why. The other thing is I use to be able to go into a store and buy 3 pair of jeans, take them home, try them on and they were all the same. Now I have to try on every pair before I buy them. The last time I bought jeans I tried on 6 all the same size before I found 2 that fit. One pair was so big standing on my tip toes they still drug on the floor while I was holding them up. If I let go they would fall off. They had to be like a 40/40 in actual size but the tag said 36/34.
