    Well, I lost 20 lbs from COVID.

    I don't recommend the method.

    I did twice that during heart surgery and I wouldn't recommend that either. Now 13 days in the hospital to quit smoking, well whatever works!

    I think it was 2 years ago, kid gave me hand foot and mouth. He was over it in a day and a half. I had it for a week. That was the last time I was under 210. I lost 10 pounds over 6 days. I didnt eat solid food for 6 days. It was even painful I had to force myself to drink fluids.

    In 33 years that is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I honestly dont wish that even on people I dont like.

    After having it, Im just glad my boy only had it a day and a half.

    I ain't been right since the 5hit fest and knockout drugs. I got symptoms of dehydration but peeing clear idk

    Your minerals are probably all screwed up when I'm peeing clear and feel dehydrated I usually take a teaspoon of salt and feel better.

    That includes foreplay and clean up.

    I am starting to get worried. Football halftime doesn't last as long as it used to. We may have to skip foreplay this season.

    That's one of the first things I learned as an adolescent. With enough foreplay, you can git the wymen folk to do pretty much what ever you want! Nowadays, meh, not so much, LOL.

    I get them worked up in other ways so they aren't disappointed in how quick I am .

    Back to the topic. I was 202.4 this morning. My goal is 190.

    Sting( the musician) said making love takes 8 hours and includes dinner and a movie.

    I didn't subscribe to this post because I thought my loosing weight was fairly hopeless.
    Not seriously over weight but accumulating in the belly and I was becoming a tad self-conscious.
    All I did was cut sugar and most carbs. No over processed food. Lots of sea food.
    I like sea food but at first I didn't want it because I didn't feel full.
    After a few weeks that went away and now I don't like feeling full. I even have asked for the kids
    menu in restaurants sometimes.
    I have lost my desire for red meat. Don't know why. Except for a green chili cheeseburger.
    I hope there are cheeseburgers in heaven.
    I got good results. Lost 18 pounds. My doc asked how. A bit of disbelief probably he knows how hard
    it is to loose as a person ages. Fairly painless.
    Give me a relay with big enough contacts, and I'll run the world!

    If a person wants to create a machine that will be more likely to fail...Make it complicated.

    Never heard of that stuff. Heard of baloney. But once I read and understood the ingredient label, never bought or ate it again. That would just be stupid.

    Your body won't differentiate between proteins. Haggett, head cheese. blood sausage.. There must be one of them you like?

    I was in a Chinese grocery store picking up some stuff when I spied something different. It was a 1000 year old egg.
    I knew it wasn't actually 1000 years old. The bury the egg for awhile but I wondered how the first to ever eat one
    had the courage. Like the first to bite into Limburger cheese. Like eating a sneaker.

    When I was a kid, my sister and I got to share the chicken organs. Gizzert, liver, heart etc. Didn't think anything about it.

    Don't know if I like them or not, never tried them. But these days, as in the past few decades, I stay away from processed foods all together.

    I've been eating a lot of beef jerky. Not the stuff that is packed with sodium, but the real dehydrated stuff with very few additives. I eat a lot of that and drink a lot of water. I bet if I laid off the beer and fried foods at night I would melt the weight off.

    Hard to have the discipline 24/7.
