I guess I will weigh in.
If my $9 scale is accurate (yeah right) i weigh 175 lb so I should probably loose 5.
I think I will go drink a beer.

I was 171 my junior and senior year of hs. Only remember cause that was my wrestling weight class.

Today scale said 211.6 so I figured it was wrong. Got on 2 more times and said again 211.6. I値l be damned.

Light healthy lunch. Lots of water. No protein shake made with milk and no late night snack. Hmmmmm

I was somewhere around 130 to 150 when I dropped out of high school after 10th grade but I could outrun every kid in school in Long distance. I ran a half mile to and from the bus and usually ran around 5 MI during school between classes and during lunch up to the grocery store to get sweets. In fact I almost never went anywhere without running and now running out to the truck is about the farthest I can run. It's hard to stay in shape in this trade because I just don't have time for exercise I'm too busy working.

Wrong answer. Take it from someone that has been in this business 40+ years. I never could run much but always did some exercise. I gained weight and lost it over the years but never had a problem doing what I wanted. 2016 I built a house, had very little time for much beside work and house stuff. I got out of shape and started noticing more aches and pains and not being able to do as much. This spring I started on the exercise again and started to feel better, didn't hurt quite a bad, had more energy, etc. I always figured I got enough activity working but it is different. You use different muscles in different ways, it is more of a sustained effort, and you stretch which you normally don't get working. Anyway, bottom line, find some time. Get up earlier, grab a half hour after work, but find the time, you will thank yourself later. As you get older it is harder to get back what you lost.

212.8/25.9. Figured that's around 53 lb of fat. If I could lose 13 lb of fat that would put me at 200/20 and I would be very happy until I have to buy a new wardrobe cause the old would mostly not fit.

Trying to reduce/cut cards is stupid.

Either I知 so engrained to eat cards are there are little options to eat for lunch....

Need to make like a chicken or tuna salad and just not eat it on bread.

If I did not severely cut the carbohydrates from my diet, I would be dead by now. And have died of one of the most painful deaths that there is.
I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

You don't have to cut them all, just some. Instead of 2 pieces of bread on a sandwich use 1. Look for low carb bread and you cut some more. Eliminate sweets, etc. Check out labels and you will be surprised at how many carbs some things have compared t another. Stay away from low fat. They add sugar to replace the flavors lost when the fat was removed. Look for alternatives such as low cab tortillia shells instead of bread. Biggest thing from what I get from your posts is snacks. Find a carb friendly snack instead of crackers like some nuts. That is one of my problems, I love party mix, pub mix, popcorn, pretzels-plan, seasoned, and peanut butter filled, homemade snack mic with cereal and almonds. I could go on but I think you get my drift. It is all about choices, just make good ones and cheat once in a while to stay sane.

I just eat all the bread I want, and at bedtime, I tell my wife it's "go time". Burns it off almost every time. Almost.

Really? That's interesting. Two and a half minutes of lovin', and you can burn that many calories?
