I can get to the thread in there about this problem by clicking on the link in the "Last Post" section on the right. Just not letting get to the list of threads when I click on the main forum link of the left. Not sure if that helps shed any light on what could be going on.

It sounds like there are several of us with this problem, so do you have any suggestions on how we can further troubleshoot this from our end?

Also, can you explain why it works on my iPhone, but not my computer?

Have you tried to access this specific forum from outside your internal workplace network?

Has anyone with issues tried it with a different ip provider (hotspot).
You can hotspot your phone to your PC (if it works on your phone)
Then give it a shot
Also you can delete individual cookies in alot of browsers if you don't want to clear them all.. Just type in the site name in the cookie cleaning area and wipe out all that that list for this site.
If no joy... At least they have more to go on.
You guys could also just download a random browser.. so they know it's not a cache or cookie issue.

I posted this in the Pro forum, but seems "DAD" wants issues posted here - so I will do it again.

"Pro Forum - Residential" for me (using a Mac), both Safari and Firefox browsers, will not open (receive the "502 Bad Gateway- nginx" error).

Using my iPhone, it works as advertised, but if I select "Request Desktop Website" on my iPhone search bar, I get the same "502 Bad Gateway- nginx" when trying to access "Pro Forum - Residential".

All Cache has been cleared on my computer - same result.

Those are the settings within chrome.
Click all sites.. type in HVAC and this site will pop up delete those cookies

Saw this after my last post.
Do you have chrome on the iPhone to try...it could be browser specific (Safari)
Which would show it hasn't actually deleted the data.

No I don't. The bottom line to all this is, I don't want to use my iPhone to access the Pro Residential forum even if it worked, I want to use my computer, where all my files reside.

Time will get it all resolved.

Even with the problems, it’s great to be back to the old format.
