Replacing recessed lighting

Which has the open bulb style(which we son’t like). Is there a specific kit to make it look like the retrofits? E.g.

I just got a cheap Incandescent Can for direct insulation contact, off of lighting direct dot com and used an LED Retrofit kit. That way if the utility fries the led, i just replace the retro fit. Nice thing is, it looks like you can get to the fixture easily from the back. I did mine all from below, and they where the mini spots. Wasn't going to climb 60 feet in the attic, on the other side of the triple chimney.
