    SaniDry Dehumidifier Error

Hey guys! My SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is giving me an error. It says fan error or low refrigerant. Any ideas? Thanks!

I’d look at the fan and the refrigerant.
Though I’d start with the filter and the condition of the coils.

If the fan is spinning, in the correct direction, and the coil it's cooling is clean then I would suspect that it's time to call in a tech.

Did you wind up getting anywhere with this? I've been calling Basement Systems directly and have had very good luck with their product support addressing issues with a six year old SaniDry CX.
