I’d look at the fan and the refrigerant.
Though I’d start with the filter and the condition of the coils.
Hey guys! My SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is giving me an error. It says fan error or low refrigerant. Any ideas? Thanks!

If the fan is spinning, in the correct direction, and the coil it's cooling is clean then I would suspect that it's time to call in a tech.
