specially whatever is the last tracer summit v16 service pack and same goes for tracer summit v17

Would anyone have a newer update? I cannot access a BCU with an image of 17.077 using SP1.

Last service pack for v16 is SP8, last for v17 is SP18. Should be noted that SP18 makes Tracer Summit no longer require registration. Trane considers it a legacy product and has stopped requiring registration to make it work and there will most likely not be any more updates to it.

vseven is there even a site to download the Service Packs anymore? I don't see it on Comfortsite or any of the other portals.

I looked through comfortsite as well and didn't find anything. If anyone has SP18 I would really appreciate it.

If Anyone is willing to send a copy of Summit and Servie pack to my e-mail i would greatly appreciate it. Customer with a new PC and due to changes in personell they no longer have the CD. Oncehad copies but no longer work for Trane. ar.white.01@windstream.net

I hate to ask as well... but I will. I need to restore the site on a new PC and I don't have SP 18 that avoids the licensing authentication stuff.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Appreciate your help. Recently i tuned off the PC where the tracer summit is installed and after turning it on and tried to launch the tracer summit a window will pop up with "Database not available error". How can I fix this problem?

Reinstall the software and get another database replace the old one.

Because of insurance we have to upgrade all computers in our factory to Windows 10 or higher. We're currently using using Tracer Summit Version 17.00.0216 Service Pack 16

Does anyone have a version of Tracer Summit running on Windows 10? What service pack are you using?

Summit works with Windows 10 but you probably want to update to the final service pack, version 18. It eliminates licensing need. If you still have all that info and the original CD, I'm impressed and in that case, could backup and just reinstall on the new machines.
