    How did you get it to pull up in comfortsite, I can't.
    When you pull up older units, you select serial number then you select the
    ABC/CLCH/CTV button. It works best if you use a computer and look it up under the parts and supplies tab instead on web cats.

    I don't think I have ever seen those buttons.

    Yeah our Trane parts guy showed me that several years ago. The Trane parts guy that the OP went to probably doesn't know about them either.
