best way to sell pile of new HVAC parts???

about a year ago I bought out a friends hvac inventory because he was retiring and wasnt having any luck selling the company. the original plan was to eventually start my own small company. now that plan has changed and i'm not going to be a stressed out over worked business owner. where and how is the best way to go about selling all this stuff? i'm talking capacitors, contactors, relays, Blower motors, carrier RTU control boards, Vision pro 8000's etc etc.. all this stuff is new and unused but I don't want to list each thing separately on Ebay or craigslist

Some have bundled a bunch of stuff and sold on EBay. As long as it doesn't weigh much because of shipping.
I listed some stuff on Craig's List w/o a bite. But that doesn't mean you won't.
There are some draw backs and the largest is no warranty. W/O a warranty there is little attraction for used anything. Some might risk it, I wouldn't except for cheap stuff.

Have an open HVAC garage sale at home or in your shop if you still have one. Call other HVAC dudes in your area (surely you know some). Dont get greedy and price the stuff to sell. Best way to do it IMO.

You could sell it in lots if you don't want to list it out separately. Ebay, Craigslist, Buy & Sell Apps, Local Facebook Groups, and Online Forums (Facebook) are all good places. Sometimes, local organizations/businesses will send out an email blast for you. And you can always just ask around and call companies. There are probably plenty that would be excited to buy it off you and like the convenience of it.
