I have a Fujitsu Halcyon Split AC.

It was installed 6 months ago and it heated all winter with no problems.
I can not get the AC to work. The "Operation" light flashes green 10 times then the "Timer" light flashes amber once. The "Economy" light flashes green much quicker with no pause or pattern.
There is power to the unit. the fan and louvers work. I have tried shutting off the breaker to the unit for 5 minutes, 10, and up to 1 hour with no change. I removed the lid to the outdoor portion of the unit and wasn't able to find any blinking LED lights. I have tried the remote control on Auto and Cool at different temps and fan speeds.
Any advice on where to look next?
