Mini-split drain problems

I recently installed a mini split system that is working great. I have had 2 call backs now for the drain pan over flowing. The first time it looked like the unit was moved. You could tell it was not in the same position I left it in and it was a little bit off level. I took it off the wall and straightened the drain line. When I hung it back on the wall i poured a gallon of water over the coil to simulate condensation and watched it drain out of the unit. Now I get called back and asked if the unit has been moved. The customer just avoids the question. Any advice on how to handle the situation? I'll fix it again this time but...

How's the unit getting moved? Those brackets seem to snap the unit in place. Could the problem be some coating on the coil that you can't see holding the water on it. Lightly spray evap coil cleaner on it or a few drops of dish soap in a spray bottle of warm water to break the surface tension

Thats right! I only do Daikin, and the wall unit snaps in place and gets secured with extra screws. If they bump in to it, the plastic cover would brake, before the unit moves! That being said, the condensate drain is very finicky. The line has to have a positive slope, no sagging and no P-trap. Stay away from vinyl tubing, it will pinch the flow.

I had a problem with a Gree new install/ replacement. I tied the new drain line into an the existing drain and it would not always drain. Had to put a tee inline with riser to stop what appeared to be slight back pressure not allowing free drain of condensate. Never had this issue before?
