Help me decide on expensive HVAC and Mini split (Daikin or Carrier) Philadelphia, PA

Situation: replacing 1985 HVAC system in a split house. The duct system is divided in two path (LEFT - living area, kitchen....) RIGHT (rooms) Total 1880 Sf.
    Addition 13 x 14 no A/C or heat
Duct system on the RIGHT side path has a manual DAMPER. I need to keep it close half way in order to do not get toast in the bedrooms when the thermostat reach the temperature

    DAIKIN Solution:

    FURNACE Model DM96VC

    - Lifetime heat exchanger limited warranty
    A/C Model DM96VC
    - 3.0 Ton - U
    - 2 Stage Scroll Compressor
    - 12 Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty
    - 12 Year Part Warranty
    - 2 Speed ECM Fan
    Cased Coil Model CAPF
    -Evaporator Coil
    Mini-split LV duct less
    - Model RXS12LVJU (outdoor unit)
    - Model FTXS12LVJU (indoor unit)
    - 12000 BTU
    - High Efficiency
    - Air Conditioner
    - Heat Pump
    - 12 Year Parts Warranty
    Honeywell 2 zone zonings system
    - This option will include a Honeywell model HZ322K 2 stage heat/cool main control panel, 2 motorized main trunk dampers (one for the upper floor and one for the main floor) a barometric by-pass damper, duct sensors, model TH6220D1002 2 stage non-wifi thermostat, duct work and all necessary wiring. Honeywell provides a 5 year parts and labor warranty for zoning systems.

    CARRIER Solution:

    FURNACE Model 59TP6A080E17
    - 2 Stage Gas -Heating efficiency up to 96% AFUE
    - 80000 BTU
    - ECM Blower
    - -Limited Lifetime Ht Exch with Prop Reg
    - Carrier 10 Year Parts limited and 5 Years Labor Warranty
    A/C Model 24ACB736
    - 3.0 Ton - U
    - 2 Stage Scroll Compressor
    - 2 Speed ECM Fan
    - Carrier 10 Year Parts limited and 5 Years Labor Warranty
    Cased Coil Model CNPVP4217ALA
    -Evaporator Coil
    Mitsubishi Mini-split duct less
    - Model MSZ-FH12NA (indoor unit)
    - Model MUZ-FH12NA (outdoor unit)
    - 12000 BTU
    - High Efficiency
    - Air Conditioner
    - Heat Pump
    - 12 Year Parts Warranty
    Honeywell 2 zone zoning system
    - This option will include a Honeywell model HZ322K 2 stage heat/cool main control panel, 2 motorized main trunk dampers (one for the upper floor and one for the main floor) a barometric by-pass damper, duct sensors, model TH6220D1002 2 stage non-wifi thermostat, duct work and all necessary wiring. Honeywell provides a 5 year parts and labor warranty for zoning systems.

The idea with the Zoning is to fix the toasting problem in the rooms.

    My QUESTIONS
1- Please let me know what you think I should do if so far the DAIKIN cost is been offered 37% than the CARRIER.
2- If the Zoning is removed from the DAIKIN it is the same price as CARRIER.
3- IF I am able to negotiate the DAIKIN with Zoning at the same price as CARRIER what would you recommend?
4- Do you think I should get the Zoning system or keep using the manual damper that I already have?

    Please let me know

Having a full time job it is totally understandable. However the post was done on 5/20/16 and no one has even make any replies in 10 days? It seam to me odd that in this community no one has seen the post. For example look at the following post "Thread: Trane vs American Standard Comparison" done in HVAC TALK on 5/25/16 at 10:48pm. Some one started replying the 5/26/16 at 5:51 AM and it already got 8 replies even over the Holiday.

Now I kindly appreciate if you can still help me giving me 5min of you time to review my two proposal like you have done it with other post in HVAC Talk. It would really help me in taking a decision from a Professional HVAC person with an unbiased opinion I would greatly appreciated it since this is a really long time investment.

I would like to see a layout of home and duct system- Proper install and design is key--not enough is known about Daikin in the Resi World, but it is just a new name for Goodman-

Possibly this can be accomplished with 1 unit with zoning..........DONT YELL AT US

I would do away with zoning unless you get a varible speed compressor system, like the carrier greenspeed.

That is why the Honeywell 2 zone zoning system is included. Is that zoning good for the system quoted?

Isn't Model 59TP6A080E17 with variable speed?

Any opinion on the 12 years warranty from Daikin compare to 10 Years from Carrier?

80,000 BTU for 1800 sq ft? How was this sized?
You posted in the wrong section, by the way

the fan is VS the compressor is 2 stage -That is my most common set up, but without putting eyes on a diagram and knowing the size of zones I would defer to Greenspeed which is VS AC/Heat ( compressor) and Fan

What is your concern? Can you elaborate?
A J load calculation was done. Also we are installing a mini-split in the addition (13 f x 14 f) that is connected to the house but it does not has registers. It is also at the end run of one of the path for the LEFT side of duct work. For that reason it would also help.

Any idea on the Daikin product that I mentioned in order to compare with the Carrier?
