Hi, I'm working on a Hobart H600 that's 415v 3 phase but using an inverter to run on 230v (uk) single phase. The h600 is underpowered normally and with the inverter it really struggles. Has anyone experience with sourcing and changing the motors out on these mixers? Thanks Adam.

It's not underpowered, it's just not a good dough machine.

Find a motor shop near you. They can really work wonders. They should be able to rewind your motor to work with your circumstances. If they cannnot, chances are they'll be able to source something to make it work. You'll probably pay good money for this service tho.
