Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the default Login Credentials for Distech Controls EC-gfx.

I typically play with the Johnson FX line..

Thanks in advance.

Hi there. There is no login credentials for the EC-gfxProgram.
The connect to server prompt is asking you to connect to the server managing the Distech controllers. This could be either an AX server or a Jace.
You will need the IP address, user name, password of the station and port number if this is not the default one.

If you have ax open, right click on the Distech controller you want to open in the network manager and select "launch wizard". This will open that controller in EC-gfx.
Alternatively open the EC-gfx program and use the station's credentials to log in. The station needs to be the one managing the Distech controller you want to look at. This is because the Distech network is built in AX. The ECx controllers are only engineered in EC-gfx.
I can't really give you much more help than that other than to say RTFM.

Having similar issue to FridgeGuy. EC-gfx program is loaded on desktop, comes to login window with Direct Connect or Tunneling as options. I'm using BACnet AX, have the station IP address entered.

Login attempts fail using port 80, along with server IP address and my normal AX login credentials.

Does logging in require workbench or some other software? We have a station installed and running- 3.7 version. Thought we could just open EC-gfx, fill in the boxes including our station credentials and it would log right in. I followed prtadko's advice but the connection times out.
