Have an issue with MicroTech II controller and looking for a technician password. I have the manager password.
It's on a chiller, The issue is circuit-1 off, status shows pump down switch is off. But 24v power is present at the input. input must be bad and need to confirm it. No RS-485 access, yet. ordered serial board.
Also I would like to see if the input used can be change as I have done on other controllers and reassign the input.
FYI this would be my first ever post looking for help.

I/o cannot be reassigned. Sure you don’t have a Microtech 200?

With Johnson Metasys and Niagara using the control configuration tool software I can reconfigure inputs and outputs. I have similar CCT software for the MicroTech controller, just waiting for the RS-485 card I ordered to gain access.
