Infinity a/c stops modulating

New Infinity ac/furnace installed 3 weeks ago. The past two evenings, with a/c set to to 73 or 74, at some point around 8 maybe, we noticed that the blower was seemingly stuck on full blast and it just stayed there. The temp eventualy got down to 71 and the system remained at stage 5 cooling, so I shut it down, waited 20 minutes or so, and fired it up again. It seemed ok after that but this has happened two days in a row now and we're concerned something isn't working correctly.

The overcool-by-3 for dehumidify is disabled by the way.

Last night just before I shut it down I checked the status and it showed ac stage 5 with 1036 CFM blasting away.

Anyone else seen this?
