    Spiral duct double wall

Never installed this stuff before. It's like totally heavy, some pieces are 10' long or more, 20" ID.

We have a small portion to do way before the major portion, the job site has a small lift. Any ideas for installing this stuff? The lift goes up to the ceiling where we will be working, but not big enough to place the duct all the way on.

Ceiling must be 20' where we will be working.

We won't sue you for your advice, I promise.

The idea is to avoid getting a lift for the small portion. I could always get one, tho.

Some teeny tiny, just enough for you to get on lift. I saw the other thread on this subject with a product like aircraft cable, don't see how to safely lift 20" x 10' sections.....maybe should just get the lift

I've always used a scissor lift for spiral, just lay it on top of the lift cage, go up put a few hangers around it and go down for the next piece.

That sounds like the plan, how wide a lift? Wider the better. I don't be liking any added danger to life, being mostly a residential guy.

Just the average scissor lift at the rental place. The walking platform is ~3'x6' Id say. https://www.sunbeltrentals.com/equip...t-scissorlift/
