    Check and make sure the inducer motor is sealed on the backside real well

    Very common for those pressure switches to get bad contacts, had to change a lot of them.

    I have also found the inducer motor relay stick on goodman boards. It would never turn off and the pressure switch would stay closed and throw an error.

    It's a switch, it has moving parts. Light switches fail, boards fail, pressure switches fail.

    If you have a smart valve system, eliminate that first.

    The, tee into the hose and watch the pressure during several tries. If you see the same pressure that closed the contacts previously, during a failed attempt, replace the switch.
