I'm looking for input from anyone who has experience integrating Siemens Apogee into Niagara. Who has the best driver? What are the pros and cons?
Thanks!

I the research I have done is that the driver is p1 devices only. I needed to install Siemens bacnet server and use the insight machine as a "gateway" in order to make this work.

I have a customer who wants to get rid of Siemens, so if I bought the bacnet server would I need a siemens tech to get the points I need? can I send a point out to the MEC controllers with this server as well.
I use Tridium and Honeywell products only and am just starting to get into integrations.

Unless the customer still has a service agreement with Siemens, they will probably gauge you on the price, and probably try to sell you a new server as well. They will need to add the server license and add your BACnet point to the export table in access groups. I am a former Siemens tech and was able to do all this, without their support. I can assist with any questions you may have.

Siemens

They still currently have a service agreement, I could use all the help I can get..I've only dealt with Honeywell controls with a Jace so most of the bacnet stuff is foreign to me then add a new manufacture and well see what happens.

Have them purchase the bacnet server through the service agreement, price is significantly less, they will probably attempt to upgrade the machine as well as insight revision, which may or not be necessary,
