Siemens PXCM rev 2.8.6

Hello,
Had a Siemens PXCM V2.8.2 that took a bath and is no longer operational. It is connected to Insight 3.9.1 on a P2 network with a VAEM. Installed new PXCM V2.8.6 that is licensed for VAEM. I have input all of the same settings as the original and it will not connect with Insight. I can ping it from Insight and when I hyperterminal directly into it and run a fieldpanel log it says that Insight is online but disconnected. Does anyone know if this is a rev level issue? If not, any ideas? Thanks

Check the settings. Don't remember the specifics but IIRC it has something to do with the USB port being the factory default and not the VAEM.

with that version of insight, you probably need to update you firmwarerev.xml file in insight.

Did you hand type the license? If so make sure its accurate. It is case sensitive.
