I have them all. But not about to give the advanced out in an open forum, you can make changes in that level that will FUBAR your equipment to no end.

That password shouldn't be passed around open or in private. Anyone that does will not give it. Need to talk to another rep then.

I cant thank yall enough for tghe responses i got. I worked for carrier for 13 yrs. I have tried every job a tech can at carrier. I have been out of the country, in plants, on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, in computer rooms, on boats, etc. I have never loomed down on someone who just wants to learn. I cant wait show him i got tge password. For those of yall that care i will keep you posted.

It's not that I'm smug. And all for you wanting to learn. The only way you should get certain passwords are by taking the factory classes so you understand what reason you would need that password. I have been in the field for 15 years and am constantly learning and would never not help someone needing help. You needing that password is not contributing to your learning. And the integrity shot goes to the tech that have u such password.

 

First of all why do you care. Second of all you dont know what i do and do not know. Instead you proceed to speak to me like im an idiot or as if your opinion matters. You keep on as if everyone has to agree to your opinion just like a smug liebert rep. Even my children can tell when to stop.

I do know you didn't take the factory classes to obtain the password in the correct way. As all of us had to. But that's fine. U play with your little password brick up the liebert. Make sure u pass the code on to your other techs in the company and pat yourself on the back for obtaining a password u will never need. Continue your education with lots of YouTube videos and google

 

You really need to contact liebert tech support before making any changes in advanced menus. One small change in adv can screw up several things in other areas. Go work for a Liebert rep and get proper training if it interests you that much. We're not being smug, just trying to keep you from getting into trouble.

 

Wow you sound smug. Is your name derrick. Im dealing with a derrick and he is very smug. We join this forum to gain advice and i really dont remember asking for yours. This forum is to help other techs out not for some pathetic attempt to feel superior. If anyone needs advice or a password from a non smug carrier certified "master technician" (carriers certification title name not mine) feel free to ask. I would be more than happy to help. Not just tell you your going to "brick" the unit up.

What the hell are you dealing with that would need a advanced password. You are retarded to think oh no one will help me with this problem. You don't have any problem other than wanting to show some rep that u r smart enough to troll a site to get a password to rub in his face. Obviously the one who gave u the password had they're company pay for the classes. Because I paid for myself and not cheap for my education. So u keep crying how people don't want to help. If it was a issue to where u couldn't access a user or service menu than we would gladly share. Not an advanced one. If u can't understand simple logic than I'm done. I sometimes wonder about the wisdom of arguing on an open forum listed on Google. All someone would have to do is query Google for an email address and this thread would probably pop up. I often query Google with email addresses of people I do business with to see if something telling arises.

A few tears ago I took the Liebert startup classes (2), two weeks worth. My boss spent ALOT of money sending me plus paid me for the two weeks while I was there... They didn't give us the advanced passwords.

If you need the super duper secret password and you don't know it then you probably don't know how to handle the power behind it.

Don't ruin the Liebert system, the owner will be rightfully mad at you if his server room overheats and you don't know what you did.
