How to read Carrier Label on AC Unit

I have this unit outside but Im unable to determine the BTUs from it.

All Ive managed to figure out is that if it operates on 220V and could pull up to 16.0 amps, it could draw 3520 watts. I guess from there i could do a 1kWh = 3412BTUs which would put it at 3.5 x 3412 = 12,000BTU. But that seems too low a number to for the size of the unit.

So any help would be greatly appreciated.
