Ah that makes more sense. That actually sounds good I was just picturing dipping chocolate fries in ketchup and it just didn't sound very good.

I'm tired of these mediocre "semi flammable" refrigerants. If we're going to do it let's do it right.
Unless we change direction we are likely to end up where we are going.

Not good for you. It's like a seasoning. Garlic parm and oil. Not as good as if they were fried in duck fat but real good. I ate them all. Ate half the sandwich. Forgot there was bbq sauce and onions on there too. It's less cheese than it looks.

It's truffle oil part of the garlic parmesan seasoning. Goes on top of the already fried frys.
Not fried in duck fat. This place ain't that fancy.

Kinda like a place around here has Crack fries. No they don't have Crack on them but have cracked pepper and some other seasonings and are addictive as 7734! (if you don't get the 7734 write it out and invert the page, leave the 4 open)

212.6 this AM 25.? BF looks like I am just above boiling. Funny I don't get as upset with my weight when I am below 212 as when above.

    Torture time over.
    Back to bidnazz.
Had a Nutella covered peanut butter filled pretzels for a snack.
Kid ate my leftover brisket grilled cheese so had some pizza for dinner.

I lost 40lbs cutting out carbs and sugar. Switched from drinking 805 to Michelob Ultra. Feel great!

I kinda sorta cut my carbs and not a damn change.....

Went 2-3 weeks with little to no carbs and not a single beer. Notta. I’m not 100% carb free as I just had some lasagna. Had pulled chicken the other night on a bun. Weight is the same.

Probably need to stick to something for 30 days though.

When everyone is sitting......stand. I don't sit unless I am driving, other than that I am either standing or sleeping. IT DOES make a difference.

After today I’m going really try and clean my diet. Definitely ate my share of carbs this weekend.

Gonna try and cut all that out, drop some dairy from the diet, stop the workout protein.

Hopefully I can work a little of this flab off my stomach.

I started at 217 lb, I went all the way down to 202. Then I had bout of seafood allergies. Went back up to 204. Yesterday, I was at 203.4 lb.
During the seafood allergies, I didn't poop for 4 days.. laugh out loud, I know too much information.

You cant kinda sorta cut out carbs and expect any changes. If you cut out all carbs you will notice a change and that will motivate you to stay committed.
Any burgers I eat are protean style (lettuce wrapped, no bun), side salad instead of fries. If you like spaghetti, you can use zoodles instead of pasta, its a zucchini type noodle. A good sugar substitute is monk fruit.
You can have all the pulled pork/chicken you want, just no bun.

Took Mom out to eat at Texas Roadhouse, always too much food Saturday night including a cactus blossom. Sunday noon had the left overs. Sunday night grilled a couple Ribeye steaks, baked tater and some baked beans, plus garlic bread and topped it off with rhubarb desert with Cool Whip. I was up just over a pound so not bad.

    HVAC-TALK: Biggest Loser!!

So got a nice little 24 hr stomach bug from my 4 year old Saturday night. Spent Sunday wee early Sunday morning and much of Sunday praying to the porcelain gods.

    Down almost 3 this morning.

    Don’t think that counts though.

Is that better or worse than going ballistic? I guess if you get the Hersey squirts bad enough you could go ballistic.
