High efficiency unit
Judging by the size of the existing duct work, and the size of the 'new' unit, this unit must be some sort of ultra high efficiency model. Been on the roof a couple of times before, just figured it was time to share it with you guys.
The term cut and paste comes to mind.
I do a triple evac with nitro to remove non condensables.

Heh heh, yeah. That's hella big, wouldn't you say? No damper either.
But it's okay, at first I thought it was a cap on there, but when I reached my hand down there, I felt the wire mesh screen plugged up with debris.
