Did you just laugh and walk away?

Headed back tomorrow after they called back and said we have access. How much access is still TBD.

Unless you are getting paid to show up, have them send you a photo or two before going.
The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and stamps EVER.
Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals". Their stated reason for this policy "... the animals become dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."

    That's funny. And frustrating.

Even that access hole looks cut out after the fact! What person in their right mind would drywall that in??

Agree with Pac, no pics or call out fee first... no service call.

X3. I can just imagine what they think access is after that first pic.

Hope it isn't the blower motor.
Tell them to take down the whole wall and put in a set of louvered bifolds, so you can easily remove the whole door for access.

I'm not seeing a problem. It says Geo Excel what more do you need to know.

Just tell them it's working as well as can be expected when it is closed in like that.

Is that a Double Return Air, at the bottom left?
