    Mom

So the New Year started out with a bang. On Sunday January 2nd my mother 84 years young suffered a mild heart attack. Two blood clots in her lungs caused her heart rate to jump over 140. The good news is after a week in the hospital she’s stable and was released last night. Things are looking good for a full recovery.

Our daughter Julie really showed her stuff with her medical training (Speech Language Major) while dealing with the doctors and nurses and Chris our Johnson & Wales graduate is staying with her for a few days as a private chef. (Life is good). Her spirits are up, (not vodka induced) but she will need a life style change. The smoking and drinking has hopefully come to an end. We'll see how things go.

Thought we would pass this on to those that meet her at the convention.

    Get well Mom

84 and the woman smokes and drinks. Aw, leave her be. She's a party girl. Thank God she's okay though.

You gotta take care of Mom.

Here's to a quick and full recovery!
