The fact that he doesn't know the differance between a boiler and a furnace says it all

The troubling thing is............ he was able to buy the new boiler.
    Furnace.

I pitty the first technician/company that walks in on that one when the HO has the first major problem he can't fix himself and they inherit the liability.

Didn't get a full view of the flue pipe on the oil boiler to verify whether there was a barometric or not....... but I'm sure glad to see he has one on the wood boiler. How else are you supposed to generate maximum amounts of creosote unless you dilute the wood smoke with cold basement air. Of course the wood boiler, with two circulators on it, will always be burning at it's maximum capacity with only dry wood and clean smoke.
Use the biggest hammer you like, pounding a square peg into a round hole does not equal a proper fit.

C'mon- it's not too bad a job for a talkin' dog, I'm not even gonna bust his b*lls for calling a boiler a furnace- but i hope he paid retail for all that- and dual circ's on the wood fire unit, wonder if they're set up right flow-wise...

    supposed contractor

THanks guys this guy is in a youtube fight via pm with a bunch of us saying we are all libirals and we are all going to hell and that you real techs and contractors are just the goverments way of makeing money.
i guess iam rich lets see i drive a 1988 ford econoline van with over a millon miles on it yea iam rolling in money NOT
guys like this make us trades men and honist contracors look bad.
if i was that rich i would be driveing a brand new E350.
i just had to post that link i get really sick of youtube know it alls cutting trades men down.
can i install a furnace my self you bet will i ? no
i would rather give my money to one of you honist techs for 2 reasons
one i know its done to currant codes ect and is done right.
and 2 to know some of my money is going to put food on youre table and money in youre pay check.
