Looking for Trane Screw Chiller maintenance local to Waco, TX

We are having a hard time finding someone who knows much about our 2 large Trane chillers. We cannot afford what Trane is charging since we are small. We tried a local commercial AC company, but they don't have much experience with Trane and are struggling to fix our problems. Thank you for your recommendations.

Try another local commercial HVAC company.
Try one of Trane's competitors. It is not unusual for factory service reps to work on competitors' equipment. Some techs have worked for multiple factories over their careers.
You should be willing to hire from a distance. You may have to hire a company from the nearest large city, or even further away.

No. I'm not familiar with that area.
    You could try Google.
You could try the phone book.
You could try asking others who work in a similar facility who do they use.
You could simply walk into a local HVAC supply house (Google, phone book) and ask for a list of commercial HVAC service companies. Maybe even get recommendations.

You need to hire a commercial company that works on chillers. A lot of commercial companies don’t know anything about chillers. And yes, they’re going to be more expensive than what would like… that’s why Trane is more expensive. They have to pay more for the chiller techs.
