Hi All,

My company is meant to conduct installation works for a heat pump and relying on our LEW. The building is non-contestable.
According to local regulations, our LEW can conduct the works in full but according to another LEW

"any works to be carried out at the main switch-room must be solely done by an authorized Building LEW.
The Building LEW has also the task to supervise any external electrical workers (our LEW) when accessing the switch-room as stated in the Electricity Act."

Is there anyone able to confirm whether this statement is true?
