    Confused Stupid Deli Case

Got a call today Deli case not working, I get there customer has a small Deli case 6 ft. I take front and back covers off to see condensing unit but
that is about all I can do is see it. I hear the compressor over load clicking . They built this thing so the condensing unit can't be slid out the unit is
hard piped in place with no room to work on it. I looked at tag on case the first two letters of the name are missing. I never did figure out a way to get
in to compressor to check it. Busy day several calls to run so I left for now. Good part about it unit is only 10 months old, maybe someone else will
get to fix under warranty. Have you guys seen one like that how did you work on it.

Personally I steer away from warranty work.

Went back to this deli case today they couldn't get anyone else to look at it either. Model #ERCD48 Manufacturer is Leader anybody ever work on one. Or know where I can find a
Manual. Soon as I can get pictures loaded to computer I will upload them. Wasn't real busy today so I took some time and looked at it turned out loose wire. Now I will have to
work on it till I retire they will say you worked on it before.

    Really Basic shit.
    Clear the sight glass
    Install a defrost clock
Set a 20+ difference in the stat and insert the probe in the coil.
If your good you can operate off of a LP Control.

Yes but how do you get to the compressor start relay or anything else in there they don't even have extra line so you can slide it out to work on it.

Pull charge. Cut lineset. Reconfigure unit to allow service access. Then do everything Pecmsg said. If the customer doesn't want to do it...walk.

You didn't build it, install it, engineer it.

I thought braided lines was for vibration. Use to see them on K body compressors all the time.
