    Ice-o-Matic on Coca Cola dispensers

Is seems that the inside of new Coca Cola dispensers are smaller then the width of ice o matic. These are the new push button mix your drink dispensers. The inside of the dispensers bin are 2 inches on each side smaller. So if you want to change out the water pump or remove the sump it’s difficult. You can’t drop the sump pan low enough to clear the water pump. Is there a sleeve or spacer that supposed to be installed.

Are you talking about the terrible absolutely terrible new elevation series??

Pretty much nailed it. I would love to sit down with the designers and ask them what was going thru their heads when they designed these.
The ICE series was good. They're junk now

That is so incredibly dumb and is begging for things to break.
I've broken the tiny tabs off the float box assembly just taking the trough out.

It amazes me what these engineers/designers come up with.

On this style its all the cheap...flimsy plastic parts.

The float box is cheesy and the moment theres some buildup of slime or calcium itll break.
Heck.. it breaks when brand new trying to remove it!!

Engineering probably never had one on a bin of ice before. Room temperature plastic is a lot more pliable
