    Don Derfler, Westinghouse/McQuay/Daikin

    Don passed away last week due to Covid. He was 75 years old, retired about 4 years ago from chiller training position at Daikin, Staunton VA. He started with Westinghouse after leaving the Navy, worked in the Pittsburg PA area till becoming training manager in Staunton in the early 90's.

    I think I met him in Staunton several years ago at a PE tear down school. The just hospitalized my son in law mom with COVID it turned into pneumonia in less than a day. Family had to leave Christmas early to take care of their mom.
