I can't seem to unlock these wall controllers.
Seemed that holding the setback button worked... tried the gear (settings) button hold for 3 sec... that doesnt work...
These are Emerson SRC minisplits but are re badged LG units.
Help?

Well I understand their controller better now but I must say that it is not intuitive.
It wasn't a hardware issue.
Found a few videos on YouTube about this controller and this lock out code.
Ultimately needed to turn the evap power button off and back on. Then the controller became more responsive.
