    building engineer

    Hi
    i am a building engineer
    my carrier translator card went bad replaced, i did buy a carrier service tool to program it came with the software and had the vendor send me the carrier software for 19XR unit , but i plug in to the chiller CVC the points to change the settings do not populate
    can you please help
