Manual for Cleveland steam kettle

I am looking for a service manual for a Cleveland steam kettle. It looks like the model number is 3316. It was manufactured in 2011. I looked on Cleveland's, Parts town, and Heritage's website.

I talked to Cleveland. 3316 isn't the model number. The kettle is made by JC Pardo. They sent a message for the JC Pardo rep to call me. It is a floor model that uses steam.
