    Haha, I don't think he's going to be able to use propane in his straight a/c cooling package unit.
    My point was he had been better off with a gas pack running on propane then electric heat assuming there's no natural gas available.

    So honestly how did you not end up with a heat pump ?
    Was that a oversight or was it a mix-up from the vendor ?

    Yes, I understand that different voltages and wire gauges can be dangerous. Thankfully for this site I have learned more about my system and won't continue to force my AC unit to be a heat pump lol. If you really wanted to help why not start with saying how dangerous it looks instead of making it a joke? It's ok though I received the info I need.

    So have you undone the wiring modifications that connected line voltage to the control circuit?
    You still haven’t answered if you had a heat pump before?
