    Sizing Backup Heat Commercial

I have sized an Allied 5 Ton HP ML14XP1-060-233 (Customer has 3 phase) If I am putting in bas backup does anyone spec it for the entire load or less? 80 or 90 ? Not sure if the 90 would make sense given it is for backup and but we should spec it for the entire space if the heat pump will not be working at all. (Region 3)

Gas back up makes it dual fuel. Since the heat pump can't run while the gas heat is, the gas heat must be sized for the full load.
