Confused Flickering Graphics in Niagara 4

We just got new computers at work. JCI just upgraded our server to Niagara4. Now when I log in to the BMS through any web browser, after about 1 or 2 minute and you put the cursor on the graphics side of the page the screen flickers as it crosses the text on the screen.
The computer I have is: HP Probook 450 G7, 8 Gig on Memory Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz, Our IT department say it a JCI system issue, JCI says it is a computer issue. Ive tried everything i could think of, no luck. If you could point me in a direction would be great.
The operating system is Windows 10, it happens in both Java Web Start and Niagara Web Launcher. No other software on my computer has this issue.
My old computer did not have this issue.

If you have any question please contact me.

Any Help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

    What version of N4?

Earlier versions were buggy in the graphics department.

Looks like the version is 4.7.110.2. I would hope its one of the newer versions.

Has anyone had an update on this. I have seen this in N4.11. Would like to find a fix. for the sites that report this.
